Objectives
The goal was to provide an engaging experience for home sellers and buyers, facilitating seamless interactions between them and real estate agents. The design needed to create a trusted environment, allowing users to assess property values and make informed choices effortlessly.

We conducted extensive user testing and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the platform met the needs of homeowners and real estate agents. The design focused on clarity, simplicity, and customisation, with accessible navigation and content presentation across both mobile and desktop.

The design is driven by a user-centered approach, prioritizing simplicity and functionality. The interface features intuitive navigation, clear hierarchy, and customizable elements for both mobile and desktop users. Accessible design principles ensure the platform is easy to use, with well-structured content that reduces cognitive load. The prototype testing with homeowners and agents revealed high levels of user satisfaction, particularly around the control and transparency offered, which fostered trust in the platform.
Basic Guidelines
Urbzag’s design guidelines focus on maintaining brand consistency and clarity across all channels. Interface copy is concise, clear, and universally accessible, emphasizing trust through direct and transparent communication. The logo, featuring a key icon, symbolizes accuracy and expertise, with variants adaptable to different contexts. Illustrations play a critical role in making complex real estate concepts easy to understand, always aligned with the brand’s narrative and goals. Every visual and written element is purposefully designed to inform and build user trust, ensuring seamless communication across mediums.
